One Laptop Per Child Asia and Seoul National University visited the Yonsei University – Wonju campus on Friday, April 15th and New Communication, Technology, and Information Society was  the only class to participate in a joint class, dinner, and OLPC evening workshop. Students had a great time learning about OLPC technology from OLPC executive director Jay Lee and working together with Seoul National University students and professors.  Also in attendance were representatives from the Korean Ministry of Education and the Korea Education & Research Information Service. Professor Christal Phillips, who teaches the New Communication, Technology, and Information Society course at Yonsei University, has worked with OLPC Asia in the past as a staff member at the Institute for Poverty Alleviation and International Development (IPAID) at Yonsei University and was invited to give a guest lecture at the OLPC class at Seoul National University earlier in the month.  Please enjoy the photographs from this unprecedented event at Yonsei University – Wonju campus.
